My name is Petty Officer 2nd class Owusu. As the Academic Commander, my main job is to maintain the academic standings of every cadet. This is done by through a variety of activities throughout the school year that cadets have the choice to participate in.Cadets also get the chance to test their academics during a drill competition or in the National Academic Exam.

Study sessions are also held through the school year for any cadet that is struggling with any subject, both in and out of ROTC academics; Other members of the academic teams or our high standing cadets provide assistance to each other during study sessions.
